A supplement brand designed to be felt, not just seen

Overview

Rhea is a health and lifestyle brand selling nutritional supplements, built around the idea that wellness is something you feel, not something you achieve. Named after the Greek Titan associated with earth and quiet endurance, the brand was designed to carry that same quality: present without being loud, credible without being clinical.
 

I developed the full brand identity: logo system and mark, visual language, color palette, typography, photography direction, and physical brand applications.

The challenge

Supplements is a saturated, loud market.

The two dominant aesthetics are either clinical- clean whites, scientific language, trust-by-sterility, or aspirational- transformation promises, high-performance imagery, before-and-after energy.
 

Rhea needed a third path: intimate, honest, and designed around the person rather than the product claim.

The Concept

The idea is simple: connection.

To the body, to the ground, to the moment, to sensations. The supplements exist to help people feel their lives more fully, and the brand needed to carry that same quality, present, grounded, and directly in contact with what's real.
 

This shaped the photography direction: skin, light, texture, unhurried moments. No models performing wellness. Just the quiet, physical experience of being in your own body. The visual language follows the same logic, clear shapes, no decorative noise.
